This building has been beautifully restored. Notice that the blue of the shutters and downpipes match the sky. Now that's what I call attention to detail.

WOW! What a beautiful photo!?!?! Is the building a hotel or a private home?
Ming:-This building's situated close to avenue Jean Medecin which is the main thoroughfare through the modern town. Most of these blocks are apartments though the first two floors are usually occupied by shops, banks etc or doctors/ dentists/lawyers.
Whoever they are they're pretty prosperous because the building's been beautifully kept. Not all are in the same condition.
