Carnival in Nice
It's Carnival time in Nice and the shop windows are carnival themed. This is the window of a chocolatier in the old town and their display was based around some stunningly beautiful Venetian masks. The chocolates were pretty good too.

I love chocolate anyway but a box of gleaming dark chocolate in a pink box tied with a ribbon is well nigh irresistible so I didn't try...
I wasn't in Nice for the carnival but I would dress up if I were going.
