Grasse. The Fish Market

The fish market, all washed down and spruced up. The cast iron canopy is lovely though I feel the fairy lights detract from its beautiful lines.
Fish is sold still though during some local fete my daughter's class exhibited their art work here one evening, there was a band, a glass of wine and a speech from the mayor and it was all very pleasant.
Many thanks to Kala who sent me the info. to change the format and to Jilly who helped me when I found myself stuck.

I thought it was a fancy bus stand. I remember seeing something like this in the Alsace region when I was there two years ago. Nonetheless, it looks gorgeous.

Angela, do you know, in Nice, the flower market (Marché aux Fleurs)? It's just behind the Opera house near Place Masséna. It's really lovely as lovely is your photo today :-)

Angela

Looks lovely in the new format. Well done. Really it's Abraham to thank as he told me to change to Minima Stretch - that sorted everything and then Alice and Isabella told me about changing the html size of the pics.

Lovely photo today. Beautiful ironwork.

Lovely iron cover and lovely Place de la Poissonnerie. It seems that every Friday from 6:00 p.m. there are «vernissages» at the place. Lucky you!
