Grasse....a quiet street
It's tourist time already though I was lucky to be in Grasse on a Saturday morning before the coaches arrived.
This quiet street houses the museum of Provencal art and history and is a big draw. The building itself is beautiful but at that angle was impossible to photograph.
They obviously didn't build the streets to accommodate digital cameras in those days....

You're in right, they didn't byt the way this photo and its perspective is wonderful as usually yours :-)
oh but looking at your photo, it seems that the street was built for you to have a wonderful picture!
Building in the background actually looks more impressive.
j'aime bien ces petites rues provencales, parcontre je sais jamais comment me positionner pour les prendre en photos, tellement elles sont etroites.

J'adore! Would love to stroll down this street, before the tourists arrive...Oh, wait...I am the tourist ;-) Grrrrrr!
Oh, but what you captured on this narrow street is delightful.
I don't remember going to the museum in Nice. Now I wish I did. But i was too busy enjoying the beautiful scenery of Nice.
Grasse looks great in your photos. Another destination for my next visit to Provence...
The more I see of Grasse the more I want to see it in person - it is so quaint!
I agree with above the perspective really gives the feel of some place other than the US for sure.
This is beautiful beyond words!
