Almost Nice: Grasse 2

Now here's an excellent idea: this car park is prepared to lend a bicycle to visitors wanting to discover the city of Grasse...free of charge.
You'd have to be fit though; everywhere in Grasse is uphill!

That is a good idea. And maybe we need something like that for our small town.

We had few years ago yellow ones in this town, I think, they were during two years and after that something happened, no free bicycles any more.
Good luck to your free bicycles! It`s good idea, but people sometimes just destroy those good ideas.

Free bicycles would not last long here, I'm afraid they would soon be broken or stolen and end up thrown in the river! Too many people who don't appreciate the good things in life.
Thanks Angela for your visit to my blog. WOW to go to battle at age 16.... I'll bet your grandfather would have loved to have the opportunity for a free bicycle and the freedom to ride it around town rather than fighting the enemy....

Great idea. I saw that in Denmark a while back. Didn't realise it happened in France. Super.

I had to come back to your blog today to thank you for visiting my blog and for your comments about the bees.

I have no idea why the bees have all but disappeared. That is the Honey Bees that are usually those kept commercially and used in the making of honey. I still have little white Dutch clover planted that blooms but the number of insects gathering to feed on it are minimal.

Thanks again.
