Going Water Skiing

...The girl was being taken well away from the beach for a session of water skiing or possibly wake boarding. There are strict rules governing the approach of boats, jet skis etc to the beaches after a series of shocking accidents involving boats and swimmers and the boats have lanes and speed limits marked clearly by yellow buoys. It doesn't, however, seem to deter swimmers from entering into the boat lanes. I watched the driver/pilot of this speedboat arguing with a swimmer who was very reluctant to move out of the boat lane.
