Looking Up

This is a reminder to myself to lift my eyes from the pavement and shop windows occasionally. On my own I would have missed these charming windows. The building itself was clean and tidy but not especially old and I'd love to know what was inside, a stairway perhaps or just a view point onto the street but, unfortunately, there was no one about to ask.

elle est amusante cette fenêtre, toute petite. On dirait une partie d'une chapelle

It does look nice from the outside. I always try to look up.

I love these windows! I have to remember to look up too! I'm sure I'm missing so much that isn't at eye level :)

Very nice window. No comparison to the style of the building, it looks strange and beautiful.

It's all too much. I need to be in France.

Oh, Angela, just walk right in and look around. The windows are of unusual shape and style. Great photo!

Lift your eyes, what a great piece of advice. Like yourself I mostly watch where I am going and have to consciously gaze elsewhere. Lovely shot of the unusual.

Very charming windows, and quite surprising too because of its unusual shape and contrasting color. Lovely catch!

Bonne continuation :)
