NISSA LA BELLA
This is the Clocher de la Tour Rusca from the Quai des Etats-Unis. The Clocher is the bell tower of an old Benedictine convent and is a landmark in the old town..

un beau clocher, et tu as du prendre une position acrobatique pour le prendre en photo ;o)
Except for the height of the buildings, we can imagine, with this clocher, that we are in a small village and not in the 5th city of France !
In fact, Nice was certainly a small village a long time ago.....
Only the bell tower remains of the convent?
Really, I love how you frame your photos!
Beautiful POV on this one. The pastel colors are so wonderful. How do you stop taking photos????HA
The view is wonderful. The pastel colors are complimented by that ever light blue sky.
I love those pastel buildings!
The elements and the colors of this beautiful photo are so familiar, aven the weather-vane.
What a lovely photograph and such a beautiful bell tower. Love the framing by the palm tree.
The composition of this photo is stunning. The photo gets less busy as the eye moves from left to right; and the bottom right corner is completely open. It would be fun to try to duplicate the composition with other subjects!
I did try cropping some of the empty space but in the end decided against..
It's beautifully framed as is. The muted colors are wonderful and the architecture is striking. Great photo!
Great capture, beautiful view!
I'm probably the 100the person who stumbled at this blog thinking it's a nice photo daily. What a pleasant misunderstanding.
Hi Angela, what a wonderful blog! I echo Virginia's words: how do you ever stop shooting? What a wonderful place to live.
Can you post a photo of the restaurant Alexanders on Place Charles-Felix?
a gorgeous photo with colors and architectural detail. I like the composition. I also love your flower market: Mimosa below. Both are excellent. In answer to your question about the baseball photo, yes it is nice and warm but a nice eat at this time of year. It is the summer heat in JUly and August that becomes unbearable.
Angela, this is stunning, the yellow against the blue. Can't stop looking at all the detail!
