The Flower Market: Designer Salt

Doctors and health advisers are constantly exhorting us to cut down our fat and cut out sugar and salt so what's a girl to think when faced with this array of salts from the four corners of the globe containing, well, everything from cranberries to oregano to lavender. Being completely devoid of any self control I cracked and bought one tube of the Himalayan which will look very pretty on my table..

great photo of a wonderful variety of salts. i like using salt. i do not add it to everything but there are some items that require the right type of salt to bring out the flavors. I enjoy following your website. Happy Photo Blogging!

Hope you'll tell us if you get a breathe of fresh air when you open the tube : )
The one that surprise me is the black salt from Hawaï. Maybe, it's because of the volcanic rocks.

I love these stands of spices.

Oh goodness! I'm sort of glad that we only have table salt and rock salt to choose from — I might end up buying all! Fantastic array.

I've never known there were so many choices.
