Drying clothes when you live in an apartment can be difficult so hanging them out of the window seems like the obvious solution though I'm so obsessive I'd probably want to have my washing colour coordinated!
On emerging from the lift at the Chateau, Nice and the Baie des Anges lay spread out before you giving what must be one of the most breathtaking views in the world. Now, though, the trees have grown up and really do detract from the splendour. I wish the owner would prune them just a little.
In between the cyprusses you can make out the jumble of red roofs that is the old town but you do need to click to appreciate the buildings.
