Sky Watch Friday

As I have a distinct aversion to being cold and enjoy the snow only from my armchair by the side of the fire, you can tell I didn't take this photo so it's thanks to Josh who headed up to experience the white, fluffy stuff.
The shot was taken about 2 weeks ago, after the first snowfall, from the Col de Vence looking out over the Med and the crowded coastline..

Lovely. We don't have snow in Adelaide, but I have lived in snowy places. Great shot.

What an amazing view. I can feel the chill, and I love the blue in the light of winter.

Still, it's a very pretty shot even if cold. And speaking of cold, you definitely wouldn't want to be where I am in Canada right at the moment!! :-)

Great view,
I think I have never seen a photo of the South of France with snow cover!

Thank you for visiting my blog and your kind comment.

Merry Christmas from Vienna,

I also like snow from a distance. Kudos to Josh for a great shot, and a happy SWF to you, Angela.

That is a glorious shot from up high. I have an aversion to climbing up mountains, myself. I let my husband and son do that for me. Have a great weekend.

Beautiful picture. This is an ideal location...You can visit snow if you want and then go a short distance to get away from it.

That's a lovely view from the snowfall down to the coast. Not many people get to have the sea and the mountains in the same day. That would be heaven to me.

Wow! thanks for sharing this with us. the view is exceptional, seems a kind of "as good as can be" type of day & Josh is a wonderful photographer. A lovely day for a little snow walk.

So beautiful but so cold. Like you in winter I prefer to sit in my armchair watching the scenery from there.
